We had a lovely time at the coastal calm taster se We had a lovely time at the coastal calm taster session on Saturday. Breathwork to relax and get us ready, engaging our senses on a short beach walk, gull footprints that look like tiny anchors ⚓️ , shells, pebbles and the sound of the waves. Meditation and laughter 😃 connecting with nature and ourselves.

One of my favourite parts of running the wellbeing One of my favourite parts of running the wellbeing in nature sessions is hearing how they help people take a little bit of nature connection into everyday life afterwards. Helping to reduce overwhelm, feel more connected and willing to try new things.

These moments might seem small, but they often make more difference than we realise.
